I want to thank you for the copy of your book. I have read most of the book, your chapter first. The book is well written and easy to understand by someone new in sales.

There are tons of books on sales out there. What I like about this is there is a wide variety of different “chapters”. There is information on sales techniques and tactics, customer service, goal setting, networking and other subjects. I like the fact I could take a chapter in about 20 minutes and take advantage of some of the action guides at the end some of the chapters. A good add to your professional library.

If you are in or starting a career in sales this is a must have sales tool! It is full of helpful sales tips from a variety of authors that each have their own take on sales processes. I have been in sales for over 20 years and I still was able to pick up a few ideas that will make my sales ability that much better. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to improve thier sales ability.
